GARO Entity Balance

The GARO Entity Balance load balancing unit continuously monitors electricity consumption within the home and adapts the wallbox’s charging output to the total load. In other words, you need not worry about tripping the main fuse regardless of when you charge your vehicle. GARO Entity Balance communicates with your wallbox wirelessly or via a cable – the choice is yours. This load balancing unit is available in two different variants, GARO Entity Balance Basic and GARO Entity Balance Advanced. GARO Entity Balance Basic can be connected to your smart energy meter via the HAN port (RJ12). This type of meter is currently being installed throughout the Nordic region and is replacing older meters from the electricity network owners. If you do not have one of these newer meters, you can use Basic with current transformers (333 mV). GARO Entity Balance Advanced, on the other hand, has more inputs and outputs than its smaller sibling Basic. Dual Ethernet ports for network connections make this unit ideal for larger installations.
